'CooperativeCommons's origin is rooted in a singular vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza within London. Originating as a quaint, family-owned business by the Bianchi lineage in 1985, our establishment has thrived on secret family recipes passed down for generations.

Marco Bianchi, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy and apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the birthplace of pizza. After returning to the UK, she endeavored to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, embracing age-old techniques and premium materials.

From its inception as a cozy 12-seat pizza shop, it has expanded into a cherished community landmark, yet our dedication to superb quality and age-old authenticity has stood firm. We persist in utilizing wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch each day, and selecting top-notch ingredients.

Nowadays, 'CooperativeCommons' is still in the hands of our family, with the Bianchi offspring steering our enthusiastic team. Although we've welcomed modern advancements, at our core, we concentrate on crafting delectable, genuine pizzas that unite people.
